Group Flight Policy
Weight restrictions apply for all flights. The maximum weight allowed per individual is 300 lbs (136 kg. Children older than 24 months must occupy their own seat with appropriate restraints. All passengers must check in at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may forfeit their reservation or be rebooked at a private-flight rate, subject to availability.
Aircraft And Equipment Usage
Route adjustments, flight delays, or cancellations may occur for operational or safety reasons, including maintenance or weather-related concerns. Passenger safety and flight integrity are always our top priority, and no compensation will be provided for changes made to maintain safe operations.
Rescheduling
All bookings are considered final and non-refundable. However, customers may reschedule their flights without losing paid funds by providing at least 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled departure. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to [email protected] or call (954) 414-1434. Failure to arrive on time or provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of any payments or deposits made.
If a flight is canceled due to weather, safety considerations, maintenance requirements, or other operational factors determined by the pilot in command, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit for a future date.
Deposit Policy
To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This payment guarantees your selected schedule and will be credited toward the total cost of your chosen tour upon arrival and check-in at our North Perry Airport (KHWO) location. Submitting a deposit confirms your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
