All bookings are considered final and non-refundable. However, customers may reschedule their flights without losing paid funds by providing at least 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled departure. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to [email protected] or call (305) 414-1434. Failure to arrive on time or provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of any payments or deposits made.
If a flight is canceled due to weather, safety considerations, maintenance requirements, or other operational factors determined by the pilot in command, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit for a future date.
